How we work the case
Timing is decided first. Florida's limitations period is short, and when it begins to run depends on the underlying matter and whether it has become final, so claims that look stale sometimes are not. From there the work is reconstruction. We obtain the prior file, retrace the decisions as they were made, and answer the judgment defense before it is raised.
