Terms of Use
Last updated: August 1, 2026
Welcome to the website of Panther Law Group. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Panther Law Group, PLLC, a Florida professional limited liability company ("Panther Law Group," "the Firm," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website at pantherlawgroup.com and any related pages that link to these Terms (the "Site").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the "Last Updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them.
1. Attorney Advertising
The materials on this Site may be considered attorney advertising under the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. The hiring of a lawyer is an important decision that should not be based solely on advertisements. Before you decide, ask us to send you free written information about our qualifications and experience.
Panther Law Group does not seek to represent anyone based solely on that person's viewing of this Site in any jurisdiction where this Site would not comply with that jurisdiction's laws and rules of professional conduct.
Additional required disclosures appear in our Attorney Advertising Disclosure, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2. No Legal Advice
The information on this Site is provided for general educational and informational purposes only and is not legal advice. The law changes frequently and varies by jurisdiction, and the information here may not be current or applicable to your situation. The Site may not reflect current legal developments, verdicts, or settlements, and we do not undertake to update it.
You should not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of any content on this Site without first obtaining legal advice about your particular facts and circumstances from an attorney licensed in your state. Panther Law Group expressly disclaims all liability for actions taken or not taken based on any content of this Site.
3. No Attorney-Client Relationship; Communications Are Not Confidential
Using this Site, contacting us through it, or sending us an email does not create an attorney-client relationship with Panther Law Group. An attorney-client relationship is formed only after both you and the Firm sign a written engagement agreement and any required conflict-of-interest check has been completed.
Because no attorney-client relationship exists until then, information you send to us through the Site or by email is not confidential or privileged. Please do not send us any confidential or sensitive information until we have agreed in writing to represent you. We cannot guarantee the security or confidentiality of information transmitted over the Internet, and any information you send is sent at your own risk.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Every legal matter is different and must be judged on its own facts. Any description of prior results, verdicts, settlements, or client matters on this Site does not guarantee or predict a similar outcome in your matter, and a prospective client may not obtain the same or similar results. See our Attorney Advertising Disclosure for further information.
5. Referral of Matters
Panther Law Group does not handle every type of legal matter. When appropriate and with your consent, we may associate with, or refer your matter to, other lawyers or law firms as co-counsel or referral counsel. Any division of fees will be made only as permitted by the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar and with your informed consent where required.
6. Intellectual Property
Except for content you submit, the Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, the "Panther Law Group" name and any related marks, page design, and layout — are owned by or licensed to Panther Law Group, PLLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, retransmit, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to: (a) violate any law; (b) infringe the rights of others; (c) transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network; (e) interfere with or disrupt the Site; or (f) submit false or misleading information.
8. Submissions
Except for information provided to us in the course of an attorney-client relationship, any information you submit through the Site is not confidential. Please see Section 3. You are responsible for the information you submit and represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites provided for your convenience. Their inclusion is not an endorsement, and we do not control or take responsibility for those sites, their operators, or their content. Your use of them is at your own risk. These Terms apply only to our Site.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PANTHER LAW GROUP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PANTHER LAW GROUP, PLLC AND ITS MEMBERS, ATTORNEYS, AND STAFF WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING ANY OBLIGATION ARISING UNDER THE RULES REGULATING THE FLORIDA BAR.
12. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Okeechobee County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Accessibility
We are committed to making the Site accessible to all users. Please see our Accessibility Statement, and contact us if you have difficulty accessing any part of the Site.
14. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force, and the invalid provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Attorney Advertising Disclosure, and Accessibility Statement, are the entire agreement between you and the Firm regarding your use of the Site. These Terms do not supersede or alter any separate written engagement agreement between you and the Firm.
