Meet the Team

Robert E. Menje is a Founding Partner of Panther Law Group. His practice is devoted to complex civil litigation, with a concentration on professional liability, securities litigation and FINRA arbitration, appellate practice, and multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes.

Rob represents clients in state and federal trial courts, appellate courts, and arbitral forums. He is regularly retained by individuals, businesses, and referring counsel to handle matters that turn on disciplined discovery, careful record-building, and appellate-aware trial strategy.

He is admitted to practice in Florida and the District of Columbia and appears in the United States District Courts sitting in Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and Florida's District Courts of Appeal.

Gil Kochavi is a Founding Partner of Panther Law Group. His practice concentrates on insurance coverage disputes, business and commercial litigation, community association and condominium matters, and catastrophic-injury and wrongful-death claims.

Gil brings extensive litigation experience and a client-centric approach, keeping each client's priorities at the center of every matter. He represents policyholders, businesses, associations, and injured parties throughout Florida in state and federal court, at arbitration, and on appeal. His matters routinely involve contested coverage, complex damages, and multi-party liability.
